Structure Reinforcement and Repair

As we all know, structures deteriorate over time, apartment complexes have high amounts of traffic and residents tear down structures by daily routine.

Total Remodelers assessment goes beyond the visible damage. In this project the structural repair was a must and this great apartment manager placed the safety of her residents first and we started right away.

Unseeen damage

The damage was also in the main columns that hold that roof area, solidifying the main structure was the first step for the project, we placed horizontal and vertical reinforcement that would allow us to properly take care of the visible damage

Initial Condition

Here we have the edge and walking area damage

Even the base of the column was useless to hold the hand rails of the apartment

We removed the useless wood and placed solid frames, we added the ceiling wood and side wood as well, we placed the concrete layers that were needed and painted the surfaces

The final results were beyond finishing a project, residents are safer, the look of hat apartment is way better, residents also understand that this manager cares and takes action on their needs.
