An Apartment complex experiences a high level of traffic on daily basis thus, the asphalt wears down and if it is not taken care of fast enough it can end up like this aparment complex;
This area was uneven with 5 inches with the rest of the parking lot, cracks everywhere, obviously this can cause accidents with people walking on it or even damage resident’s cars.
Who made it happen?
The department manager took action and called us at 817.966.0925. We brought our equipment, took care of the asphalt repair and cleaned the area in a couple of days, residents can park comfortably and safely.
