New wood Floor again – Just different color!
This family have had this floor for several years, it was not precisely well taken care of (it happens to all of us) dents and scratches in many places and damaged areas prevailed on several parts of the house.
However, even that the floor was not in its best condition the main reason for the work turned to be that our clients desired a change! They loved the wood floor style, but specifically they wanted a wood color change!
As usual, Total Remodelers presented a variety of materials, and proposals, and they choose their winner! Stained Mapple wood floor as opposed to the lighter version. We suggested a change on the floor direction tomake the areas look “bigger” by the horizontal position of the floor pieces.
The process began by taking all the old floor out of the way, taking all the trash and debrief out of our clients home.
The installation process finished with an awesome clean look, and as you can see the change on the direction of the wood floor gives a complete different look to the hall area.
